Noted gardener and floral designer Scott Clarke will teach you how to make a beautiful and edible arrangement! You’ll plant a salad bowl with a wonderful variety of greens including red and green leaf lettuce, chard, as well as a variety of spicy “micro greens”–all “cut-and-come-again” varieties that will allow you to enjoy your salad fixings all season long! These arrangements are all beautiful and very edible! Appropriate organic soil, container, and transplants will be provided for you to create your own “Living Salad Bowl!” Scott will provide the expertise that will help you keep your living salad bowl thriving.
